Agreement

By using the Dark Labradors website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Dark Labradors provides website development, web application development, and SaaS platform development services. The specific scope, timeline, and pricing for each project is agreed in writing before work begins.

Code ownership

Upon full payment, you own all custom code produced for your project. This includes full source code, documentation, and deployment configurations. You are free to modify, extend, or redistribute the code as you see fit.

Third-party components

Our applications use open-source libraries and frameworks. These remain subject to their respective licences (typically MIT, Apache 2.0, or similar permissive licences). We will provide a list of dependencies with each project.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed per project. Typically, we require a 50% deposit before work begins and the remaining 50% upon delivery. We accept bank transfer and card payment.

Revisions

Each pricing tier includes revision rounds as specified. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges, which will be quoted in advance.

Limitation of liability

Dark Labradors is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
